Investing in gold is now not only restricted to the mature audience. After the economic recession everyone began seriously financially planning their life. It was a shock that woke many from their slump. This led to the search of a safe, easy to understand Investment Avenue.

Young women these days prefer to invest their earning in to gold. Why the sudden shift? It only makes sense to working women who are not well versed in the market. With the cultural backing in India it serves as a multipurpose asset as women can carry it on in their weddings.

Krushita Adhia, a student says “it's the best source of investment for future. It promises good returns. Today real estate, shares etc are all fluctuating in the market so we can't just rely on one security option. Every woman should invest in gold at the same time to ensure safety”. Ria, an young entrepreneur agrees “it's multipurpose value makes it such. In a country like ours where marriages are considered highly auspicious and gold jewellery is a very imp quotient for marriage it seems very practical to invest in it as it provides for a rainy day”.

Gold has always held a religious and ornamental supremacy but now this piece of tradition in branching out into new avenues providing lucrative returns on investment. With gold outlets taking out schemes ensuring that gold be bought in easy installments gold can prove to be a tough competitor. The future sees a lot more growth in the prices of gold which only makes the present need to invest in gold a sensible option.
